3. Bookings, orders and enquiries
Consultations are arranged with us on WhatsApp and confirmed to you there. A bespoke commission is agreed only after we have shared a design and a written quotation and you have paid the deposit set out in that quotation. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including our name, logo, photographs and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission. Reviews and testimonials shown on this website are the reviewers' own words.
